What is Jumblefly?
Jumblefly is a website which sorts through all the budget airlines to help save you time whenever you want to book a cheap flight.   For more detail, click here.

Why can’t I access the main search screen or see the map?
In order to access the main screen with the map search tool, your computer must have Macromedia Flash installed on it.   If you don’t have this, or have a very old version, you should be automatically redirected to the basic search page, with drop-down boxes.   You can easily and safely install the current version of Flash by clicking here.

I can see the map, but am unsure what to do with it?
The best thing to do is to read the step-by-step guide by clicking here.

I am using the map, but have got stuck part way through
You can start your search again by clicking the words “start again”, found near top left hand corner of the map.   If this isn’t visible, then you haven’t selected any airports yet and are still at the beginning of the process anyway.   If you still need help, then you should read the full step-by-step guide by clicking here.

I know where I want to fly to/from, but cannot find it on the map
If you know which country your airport/city is in, then simply zoom into that country and move your curser over the yellow circles until the correct name appears.   Alternatively, you can use the basic flight search (by clicking here) which lists all airports alphabetically, although this only allows you to select one departure and one destination airport each.   If you still cannot find your city/airport, then no budget airlines currently operate there.

Can I search more than one destination/departure airport at a time?
Yes. You can select multiple airports on the map on the main flight search page.   However, you cannot do this if you use the basic flight search instead.

Why don’t all the flights in my results page have direct links to prices?
Jumblefly enables you to view prices and other details for most budget airlines.   It is however unable to provide this functionality for a minority of the smaller budget airlines, and instead directs you through to their homepage.

Why wasn’t I given the option to choose flight dates on my last search results page?
Very occasionally you might select a route which is operated solely by those budget airlines for which Jumblefly provides a homepage link only (see answer above).   The flight dates input box is therefore not required.

How do I access the results of my most recent search?
Your budget airline flight results will appear automatically after any search.   If you want to access them again later, you can click the “Your Results” tab at the top of the page.   For this option to be available, you must have performed at least one search already and must have your browser options set to accept cookies.   If you don’t know how to do this, you should refer to the help section on your browser software.

I have an issue regarding a flight I have booked using Jumblefly. Who should I contact?
All bookings you make represent an agreement between yourself and the airline you booked with.   You will therefore need to contact the airline yourself directly.   You should be able to find contact details on their website homepage or the confirmation email you received from them.
